Here is a list of books which most of the students use in Fourth year. Every Student has his/her own preferences.But Mostly use these books

Pathology:

Medium Or Big Robbins (But mostly use Medium) 

Ophthalmology: 

 Jatoi: most of students use this. It is enough for viva and written.

ENT:

Dhingra the one and only

Community Medicine:

J.E Park (for good students :P)

Naveed  Alam (for most of the students :P)
